Work History

Head Trainer/Instructor	Pickwick Stables, Maryland	Co-Founded this 30 horse/50 student teaching, showing and training facility. Develops and performs all the teaching, training, showing and coaching of students &/or training/sales horses.Schedules and bills ~45 horse shows, 30 weekly lessons, clinics, banquets and other activities. Participates in the management and organization of local horse shows.
Hunter Jumper Trainer/Instructor	Oatland Stables, Maryland	Head Hunter/Jumper Instructor for 80 horse boarding facility. Developed weekly and biweekly lessons for ~25 students as well as coaching them at many of the 35 scheduled horse shows and trained their horses. Began and coached the 2nd place (of 12) National Capital Equitation League A Team and was awarded the "Outstanding Coach" award.
Assistant Trainer	Raylynn Farm and Showstock Stables, Ltd, Maryland & Virginia	Broke and trained young sales and show prospects for the Hunter/Jumper ring. Devised training schedule under the guidance of owners for up to as many as 15 horses at a time. Also rode sales horses for customers to view, assisted in developing sales videos and marketing materials, and transported horses.
Head Trainer/Instructor	Willow Oaks Stable, Louisiana	Developed a Hunter/Jumper lesson program and show schedule for a new facility interested in attending A rated shows. Organized and ran schooling shows at the facility including derivation of prize list, hiring of judges and volunteers, setting courses, and enlisting students for participation. Recommended stable's purchase, training and resale of horses and ponies. Coached one of the top ten small pony/rider (Glenmore Valentino/Haley Hendersen) and ensured their qualification for national recognition.
Trainer/Manager	Glenmore Pony Farm, Florida	Oversaw the care of over 20 top quality hunter mares, foals, stallions and sale ponies. Broke and trained two and three year old for show and sale. Instructed students for rated and non rated shows aboard "Glenmore" ponies.
Hunter Jumper Trainer/Instructor	Clay Hill Stables Maryland	Oversaw operations of the stable and assisted in coaching the University of Maryland Equestrian Team of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. Taught beginner through advanced students and coached at rated/non rated shows.
Trainer	Mary Dale Farm, Virginia	Trained and showed hunter/jumper horses for sale. Instructed clients.
Rider/Groom	Hap Hansen Stable, California	Prepared Grand Prix Jumper horses by riding and grooming, while showing own horse. Traveled extensively to A-Rated shows and to the 1991 Word Cup in Germany.

Worked for Joe Fargis(Olympic Silver Medalist) & Conrad Homfeld (Olympic Gold Medalist) at AGA Finals; Ronnie Beard at AHSA Indoor Finals; Don Stewart at the Florida Hits; as well as Vic Russell, Kathy Herbst, and the Urichs'.
